Personal Training

As a member of Tone Zone Fitness, you will have access to nationally certified personal trainers who are dedicated to providing each client with an individualized plan that addresses specific needs, goals and interests. Through education, inspiration and motivation, our trainers will work with you one-on-one to provide you with an effective program that gives you the results you desire.

Personal Training services are available for a separate fee.

Certified personal trainer, Laura Stoffel, CPT, has helped many clients improve their health through programs that have lowered blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugars while increasing lean body mass and stimulating fat loss.  She is a firm believer that if given a proper exercise and nutrition program, the body will rise to the challenge and improve significantly.  She has also helped clients increase balance, stamina, strength and range of motion, which has boosted their overall ability to enjoy life to its fullest.  She has worked with clients with knee and hip replacements as well as those who are recovering from health conditions or injury and those who have been inactive.
Laura is dedicated to motivating clients to stay on track with their goals and providing the support and tools needed to reach them.  She is available for one-on-one or group training (two or more), organizing group competitions and fitness and nutrition workshops. 
Laura has more than 12 years of experience in the fitness industry.  She is an NASM certified personal trainer and received her certification and training from AFAA as a group fitness instructor.  She has worked in fitness facilities in Chicago, Denver, Madison and the Northwoods. 

Certified personal trainer, Matt Huebner, is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and a Nutrition Consultant who works individually with his clients to tailor a plan for meeting their health and fitness goals.  Whether you are an experienced bodybuilder or working out for the first time, Matt has the expertise and experience necessary to help you achieve a myriad of benefits including weight loss, enhanced metabolism, increased strength and stamina, improved mood and energy level, improved posture, decreased inflammation, enhanced immunity and many others.
Matt is a retired professional football player whose passion is fitness, health and anti-aging.  He has vast experience in various training, health, diet and supplement regimens.  He has overcome 30+ injuries in his career and can assist with rehabilitation, mobilization and stabilization of past or current injuries. He will help get you back on the field, court, diamond or golf course or just help you maintain a better quality of life!
